Corrections policy

Specs and prices change, and we make mistakes. This is how we handle both.

What counts as a correction

• A spec, price, warranty or power figure that doesn't match the seller's or maker's own page.
• A sauna that is discontinued, out of stock or sold by a different seller than we show.
• A sentence that says more than the published facts support.

How we fix it

• We check the claim against the maker's or seller's current page.
• If we were wrong, we fix the figure, update the check date and rerun the scores with the same published method.
• If a fix moves a sauna's score, the score moves. We never adjust the method to protect or lift one brand.
• Changes to the scoring method itself are listed in the change log under How we rank on the home page, with the date and what changed.

What we won't change on request

A brand or seller can point out a factual error, and we'll fix it. Nobody can pay for, or ask for, a better score or a higher position.

Our contact address is being set up and will appear here before launch. Please include the sauna, the figure you think is wrong and a link to where you saw the right one.
